Above the small town of Koroni, in a bay on the east coast of the Messinian peninsula, approx. 40 km south of Kalamata, the newly built villa is located in the Gerakada hills amidst magnificent olive groves with a breathtaking view.
It is only a 4-minute drive from the nearest beach and other beaches can be reached in a short time by car.

For golfers, the town of Pylos with its 3 golf courses can be reached in less than 1 hour. reachable.

The Villa
The house has 5 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large living room with an integrated kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an adjacent room with a pull-out couch. There are 4 large terraces and a breakfast area right in front of the kitchen.
In the 4000m² garden there is an infinity swimming pool measuring 5x10 meters with an inviting sunbathing area in front of it.

With its 5 double rooms, the house can ideally accommodate 10 guests, including the adjoining room a maximum of 12 people.
The nearest supermarket is 500m away.

Location
The small town of Koroni with restaurants, taverns, bars, and shops is only 2km away. The main attraction of the place is the originally Byzantine fortress, later expanded by the Venetians and Ottomans, which now houses a nunnery founded in 1918 that is partially accessible. Worth seeing within the castle complex are the Byzantine cross-domed church of Agia Sophia and the post-Byzantine church of Agios Charalambos.
How to get there
You can fly directly to Kalamata from June to the end of October (may vary) and get to House Gerakada in about 40 minutes (40 km) with a rental car.
From Athens airport, you can get to Kalamata via a continuous motorway (travel time Athens-Koroni approx. 3-3.5 hours).
